If you are looking for an authentic experience of the Burgundian countryside, you will like this location. The apartment was lovely and the kitchen well equipped. I particularly loved the truly beautiful tiled floor in the bedroom. Just wish the village had a decent grocery store and a good restaurant at a walking distance.

Gorgeous manor house .. a must stay !
Perfect well appointed manor house. Hosts have considered everything including an incredibly helpful Housebook and food starter kit (wow). Even a Nespresso and box of capsules. Location is within a gorgeous quiet village which is close to Beaune, Grande Cru Route and some of the best Michelin restaurants in the region. Nothing is more than 15mins away unless you take a wrong turn :- Best location to date during our 2 month immersion of France.

We arrived at Le Jardin - Apartment 1, yesterday afternoon.
We are very happy because the house is really nice, cozy, comfortable and
And I'm delighted with the beautiful roses in front of the house. The roses
are very perfumed.
We are also using a lot your information and tips about the region. They
are very helpful.
So, thank you so much to prepare everything so nice for the guests!!!

Very nice Garden Apartment centrally located near Beaune. Very central to most of all Burgundy attractions. Owners put together a great local summary of things to do, day trips, restaurant recommendations and vineyards. Was nice to be able to grill our own fresh meats a few evenings out on the patio! Overall an excellent stay.

Beautiful apartment in wine loving town
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much - the location was very convenient to having a car as it is on the loop that encircles Beaune (inside the loop parking is metered and cobblestone streets and pedestrians may make it a bit confusing to drive). We arrived the first day of the Vents de Vin/Wine auction weekend. Unfortunately the free public parking lot was blocked off for the festivities but with some persistence and willingness to park where the locals park (e.g., off a walking path) we were good to go. The apartment is larger and lovelier than it appeared on the photos. High ceilings, beams, tall Windows, light and bright and well decorated . The kitchen was better equipped than any VRBO I have visited. No drip coffee maker - French press only. Full size and well working washer and clothes dryer!! Very rare. We were well supplied prior to arrival by the host (included) (coffee, milk, cookie, chips, orange juice, etc.) and there were cooking spices, oil, etc. Each bedroom has a large bed and separate en suite bathroom for privacy. The living and one bedroom face Rue Lorraine - nice holiday lights up already in November. We had one issue with the heating but it was addressed as soon as possible given the festival weekend; meanwhile the apartment has space heaters that worked fine and a wood burning heating fireplace. The local contacts responded promptly when we emailed them. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. Beaune is a nice, small town with infinite wine tasting opportunities - including wine caves and producers - in town plus wineries to visit by car.

Our favorite week in France!!
We stayed in Apt Jardin for a week of our 3 week+ visit to France and it was our favorite week! The apartment is comfortable, cozy, and delightful. Every amenity is provided: TV including English channels, full kitchen complete with Nespresso, super-comfortable bed, lovely shower with hot water and plenty of pressure, washer-dryer, and a fire place. The location is fantastic – about 8km outside of Beaune. I went for a run every morning–so beautiful! There really are cows down Rue sux Vaches, not to mention chickens, horses, snails, slugs, and a very territorial hawk. We shopped in the market in the square in Beaune and made delicious dinners back at the apartment. We rented bikes in Beaune and cycled on the Voies Verts and had an amazing lunch in one of the quaint villages we passed through. We also took day trips to Dijon, Autun, Nuits-Saint Georges. We didn't want to leave our little home at Apt Jardin and we will definitely be back!!

Fabulous visit in Beaune
A group of 4 adults enjoyed a wonderful stay at Su Bishops apartment in early Sept. The weather treated us well and the apartment was perfect for 4 adults to have privacy as well as share the great space in the dinning living room. if you can stay over a Saturday the Beaune market is worth visiting as everything in town is within walking distance from the apartment just inside the gates of the town. The restaurant directly across the street offered local fare and we thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the food and staff. If you are planning travel in the Burgundy region, be sure to book this apartment.mwe stayed 3 days but will plan to stay in the apartment for a week next time! The book on local activity guidance provided by Su was used extensively by us and the advice was excellent. The local grocery store allowed us to purchase requirements for breakfasts and lunches, although we could easily have cooked ourselves dinner in the well appointed kitchen.

A short break in Burgundy
This is a thoughtful and considerately organised property. The welcome / starter pack helped us after a long and tiring journey. We spent a comfortable and enjoyable couple of weeks exploring the region and relaxing in the secluded garden with BBQ. Thanks Sue.

Lovely apartment - perfect base for exploring the area
We stayed in Apt Jardin for a week in June and absolutely loved it! The apartment was clean and comfortable in a very quiet area. The kitchen/living room was well laid out and the TV had both English and French channels (not a big concern with me but my fiancé was very happy to be able to watch the Euro's!). There is a nice little garden area with a BBQ and the property has good wifi. Beaune is just a short drive away with lots of restaurants, wine bars, supermarches etc. From Beaune we were able to rent bicycles and exploring Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet etc. was easy to do with Apt Jardin as a base.

We had a lovely time and enjoyed our time in the apartment despite the weather. We have already told lots of friends about it with some nice pics via Facebook as we are still travelling and not home yet. The apartment was lovely and extremely well equipped. It makes a huge difference when you have all the little things such as salt and pepper, oil etc. We hope to return again sometime in the future

We arrived yesterday around 16.30 and were very impressed by the house and all in it. Thank you for the groceries and the bottle of wine in the refrigerator. That gives a warmwelcome. We'll leave on Tuesday morning, but we already know that we'll enoy our stay very much!
Once again: thanks!

5 star accommodation, 5 star location in the heart of Burgundy
If you want to explore the beautiful Burgundy region , this is your location. The 2 master bedrooms, spacious, perfectly appointed flat was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. How thoughtful to leave us a bottle of chilled champagne, juice, coffee, cream and many others gifts to welcome us. The quest book covered everything in the flat to how to plan our daily excursions from Beaune. The location offered the embrace of both a city center with many shops, historical landmarks, outdoor markets and a train station. We rented a car so that we could explore the spectacular region. We put together a picnic for each day and wine tasted in the famous villages - no need for an expensive wine tour. The unique tiled roofs of Beaune are throughout the region as well.

We had a fantastic week in Cissey. The vineyards, the gorges, the degustations, the restaurants, the Hotel Dieu, the wines… you name it, we enjoyed it.
