This house has everything - location, beautifully built and finished, great blend of comfort and being practical. While we had a short stay, it exceeded all of our expectations. Booked through Location Burgundy, it was all made very easy and help was hand very quickly when we needed anything. Very highly recommended.
This was just the perfect getaway location for our mini family reunion! My husband works overseas most of the time and we chose this small town and cottage for our son and me to join up and spend a coveted week together biking and exploring the treasures of Burgundy. The cottage was darling, and even though it advertises for two people, our son was able to use the convertible couch in the living room and we all fit in just fine! Its location just a narrow lane down from Meursault’s main square allowed easy access to shops and restaurants, and the bike rental place was just down the road. A manual compiled for guests provided all sorts of helpful info, and management was readily available to solve a TV problem of, admittedly, our own making! It was also lovely to find a few supplies at the ready, like coffee! We loved it so much that– hey– wanna sell it to us?!

We stayed four days in this delightful small house and would have loved to have stayed longer. The house itself is old but all the fittings were modern and everything inside was clean and beautifully presented. The house is located in a narrow lane, about 100 m from the square of Meursault and consists of a modern kitchen and living room downstairs and a bedroom and large bathroom in the loft. Parking is available in the streets nearby and we were always able to find a “spot”. Bruce, who looks after several properties in the area, was a very attentive host and was available to help when we had a small problem with the hot water system. Meursault itself is wonderful but also provides easy access to the delights of the region. If you are a couple looking for accommodation that allows you to absorb the atmosphere in Meursault then this is a great choice.
